Mindful journalism is an approach that can help journalists, news consumers, and historically oppressed groups who face collective trauma that leads them to consume more and more news, while sacrificing their health in an effort to stay informed.

Please share this opportunity with your friends and coworkers so we can help more Black journalists stay in the industry.
